I kind of liked the sand which. However, your employee Anthony is one of the best employees ever. He was so polite and was very helpful. I would recommend if he is there!

When it comes to Italian Delicatessens, there is a great selection in the Bay Area. Some that will clearly blow you away. Unfortunately this isnt one of them, don't get me wrong American Italian Delicatessens was good, but I was not blow away by any means. I ordered the God Father on white. This sandwich would of been so much better if the bread was freshly made, I came in on a Saturday afternoon, so that might have something to do with it. But for the toppings, they were good, it was pretty flavorful but it was just that good. Nothing spectacular by any means.
The service was great, everyone was super friendly and helpful, but this place is small, like 3 chairs inside and 5 tables out side small. Fortunately it wasn't busy and I was able to get a seat. Also bonus if you check in on Yelp you get a free bag of chips! -

This place was just middle of the road for me. It was primetime lunch hour on a weekday which is any sandwich shops main lifeline. And they had only a handful of customers eating outside or lining up.
The workers were pleasant enough and they were able to crank my sandwich out within seven to eight minutes. The shop itself was a bit thrown together. There was a bunch of things being sold from ice cream to drinks to whole salamis. I almost felt like that the sandwiches were not being featured enough.
After getting back to work and eating my sandwich, I did enjoy the taste but it didn't exactly wow me. That shouldn't be happening since I'm paying a premium on the price of the sandwich I purchased. -

I am a sandwich lover and since I was here visiting I asked a local for a recommendation. I was told this place had great sandwiches and they did. I came in during the lunch hour and ordered a turkey with mayo, tomato and lettuce (yes, very basic), on a sweet roll, grabbed a bag of chips and water. I wish they would have included a pickle with sandwich as that is always how I associate a deli experience.
I had no problem with service but they seemed quite busy so the tables inside and out had not been wiped down. No biggie as I was really pleased with the quality and found myself a nice bench outside, felt the wonderful breeze and devoured my sandwich. If I would have had room after eating I would have grabbed an ice cream for the road! -

This store was next to my old workplace so i definitely hit up this spot a few times. I always order the Iron Man with whole wheat bread & swiss cheese and it was perrffecct!! They have the best chips in stock that goes with the sandwich as well. Love love this place!!
